Alex at Le Labo provided outstanding service, went above and beyond to help me find Vetiver 46 (as they are no longer selling this in store - only online), choose fragrances that suited my taste, didn't rush my decisions and was really personable. Alex is a true perfumer from Paris and is an asset to Le Labo! I also appreciated Odette's assistance when I visited Saint Laurent. She was very helpful, friendly and polite. She understood and respected what I was looking for and my likes/dislikes for colours and size of the bag to suit my frame and the occasion. We had great conversation and an overall great shopping experience.

They made the entire experience enjoyable and personalized, taking the time to understand my preferences and guide me through a beautiful selection. I also want to give a very special thanks to Alex Pearo, who helped me select a new fragrance and introduced me to some of today’s most refined and trending scents. His expertise and attention to detail made all the difference, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. What truly sets this team apart is their incredible hospitality and customer care. After my visit, I realized I had missed my invoice — not only did they kindly mail it to my home, but they also included a generous selection of samples to help me plan my next purchase. Holt Renfrew has an amazing collection of both niche and designer fragrances, making it a perfect destination for anyone who appreciates quality and variety. He was incredibly professional, clearly knew everything about the products, and was just a pleasure to talk to. We ended up buying about five things, and every single recommendation he made was perfect. The best part? He didn't just sell them, he patiently showed me exactly how to use everything. My husband and I were both so happy with his help. Seriously, Michael is fantastic and a huge asset to the team.

1 month(s) agoI visited your store to discover and purchase a fragrance, and I had the chance to meet several advisors from different brands throughout my visit. The service was consistently excellent, and I would especially like to thank the lady from Creed for her professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, my excitement came to a sudden stop when I arrived at the Maison Francis Kurkdjian counter. I was very disappointed by the attitude of the representative there, I assume. There was no smile, no welcoming attitude, and the situation was honestly quite shocking. She stayed on her phone during my entire time at the counter and showed absolutely no consideration for customers visiting the store. After a few minutes, a second employee who had just finished assisting another client came to help me. Thankfully, Amina (if I remember her name correctly) was there. She perfectly understood what I was looking for and helped me find the exact fragrance I wanted. Thank you to her for turning the experience around.

5 month(s) agoService was good, not great and decor was bright and well executed. Prices were criminal but that another story. It is what it is and as one of 2 remaining department stores besides Simon’s, Montreal is not a shoppers dream. For God’s sake, get the old Ogilvy Christmas display back. Montreal isn’t the same anymore.
